In the Molino del Alto Ebro you will be able to choose from a long and varied menu based on local products; our own baking and a well-chosen wine cellar : all of this in our large recently reconditioned dinning – room to afford the maximum comfort for our guest.

 

Starters:

- Dry cheese salad of goat with tostones of bacon, raisins and dry fuits
- Iberian oak ham
- Lukewarm salada of gulas, tapes and vinagreta of mustard
- House salad
- Black pudding with pastry covering and crunchy onion
- Pan of lamb mince-meat with locally-grown potatoes
- Leak croquettes
- Bird crquettes
- Grilled vegetables with Modena caramel and Himalayan salt
- Fried rashers of bacon.  

 

Meat dishes

- Glazed veal pillows, vanilla with rissole potatoes
- Sliced filleted entrecotte with garnish
- Marinated iberian sirloin noissettes on a bed of red onion accompanied by its marinade.


Fish dishes

- Chef´’s cod special
- Spicy river-crabs
- Corvina accompanied by vinagreta of citruses
- Fish of the day

 

Desserts

- Mousse of peach and yogur
- Rice pudding
- Lemon vodka sorbet
- Fried fresh custard squares
- Ice-cream in tulip glass
